Q. Is there parking at the venues?
A. Cheltenham Folk Festival uses mainly town centre venues that are all within walking distance of each other. Unfortunately due to the town centre nature of the festival there is no parking available at the main venues, although there is plenty of town centre car parks. For more information on parking in Cheltenham click here.

Q. What is Indoor Camping?
A. Indoor camping is like camping but without the tent! We use St Luke`s Hall (about 5mins walk from the Town Hall), you need to bring with you a bed, your bedding and everything else that you would want but please be reasonable on the amount of stuff you bring as space is limited. There are showers and a kitchen available to use at the hall. Please be aware that we are unfortunately not able to offer indoor camping to anyone under the age of 16 years.

Q. Can I steward at the festival?
A. The festival depends heavily on its stewarding team, who are used in a Front of House role at all the venues throughout the festival. If you would like to be part of the team, email the Festival Manager here with information on what stewarding you have done before and we will get back to you. In return for stewarding you will be given a free weekend ticket to the festival, allowing you access to all events (space permitting). However we do not include any accommodation, so you would either need to book in to our Indoor Camping in the normal way through the Box Office on 01242 227979 or arrange your own B&B/hotel accommodation.
