Pittville Pump Room is fully accessible from the ground floor and access to the main auditorium, apse, bar and colonnade are all possible without encountering any steps. The entrance to the building has automatic doors and our box office is located to your right-hand side as you enter the building. There is also an accessible toilet on the ground floor. Unfortunately due to the historic nature of the building we are unable to accommodate access needs on the upper floors. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of our staff and we’ll do our best to assist.
If you are disabled and/or require a personal assistant to accompany you to an event, please advise the customer contact team firstname.lastname@example.org of any access requirements at the time of booking, such as an aisle seat, wheelchair space or extra leg room. Concessions are available to disabled patrons at some events, along with complimentary tickets for personal assistants and carers. Please ask when booking.
